The disappearance [Dance /// Fragment] (2016)

Solo exhibition from the 10th to the 22nd of March 2016 at the 18th Artdanthé Festival of the Theater of Vanves.

These words of Michel Foucault resonate in the installation of David Ayoun. His proposal is placed in the in-between, at the tipping point of the image and the dance. Project on the fate of a digital body, ghost of its physical incarnation and their possibilities or impossibilities to communicate. Reflection on this genesis and on otherness, on the place of a vulnerability. Project articulated around a pivotal dance, solitary and silent yet transformed by what surrounds and approaches it, here radiant, there fragile, sometimes monstrous, between apparition and disappearance.
